These terms govern your use of the TimeNudge Android application, published by KL GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). By installing or using TimeNudge you agree to them.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TimeNudge on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

What TimeNudge is, and is not

TimeNudge is a self-measurement tool. It reports how long you used applications on your own device and offers optional suggestions based on those measurements.

It is not a medical device and provides no medical, psychological, clinical or diagnostic service. Nothing it shows is a diagnosis, an assessment or advice about your health. The "wellbeing score" is a summary of your own settings and usage and nothing more. If you have concerns about your wellbeing, speak to a qualified professional.

TimeNudge cannot block applications and makes no claim to restrict, lock or enforce anything on your device.

Accuracy

Measurements come from Android's own usage statistics and are approximate. They can be affected by device manufacturer behaviour, battery optimisation, permissions being revoked, and periods where usage access was not granted. TimeNudge is provided for personal insight and should not be relied upon where precision matters.

Your responsibilities

• Use TimeNudge only on devices you own or are authorised to use.
• Do not use it to monitor another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the application.

Your data

TimeNudge stores its data on your device and transmits nothing. You are responsible for your own device backups; because the app deliberately excludes itself from Android backup, uninstalling or resetting your device permanently deletes your history. See the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue TimeNudge or any of its features. We will not push a change that begins transmitting your data without updating the Privacy Policy and saying so in the release notes first.

Disclaimer and liability

TimeNudge is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data arising from uninstalling the app, resetting your device or revoking its permissions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
