Your data, and how to delete it
TimeNudge stores everything on your phone and nothing anywhere else. That means deletion is immediate and complete — there is no copy for us to remove, because we never had one.
Delete everything
Uninstall TimeNudge. Android removes the app's private database and all its preferences with it. Nothing survives, because nothing was ever stored outside the app.
Delete your history but keep the app
- Open TimeNudge → Settings
- Choose Delete all usage history
- Confirm
This removes every stored session, daily summary and insight from the device. It cannot be undone.
Delete only notification records
- Settings → Manage → Privacy & permissions
- Delete notification history
Your screen-time history is not affected. To stop new records being kept, turn off Count notifications on the same screen, or revoke notification access in Android Settings — either stops collection at once.
See what is stored right now
Settings → Manage → Privacy & permissions lists every permission, what it is used for, whether it is currently granted, and how many notification records are held.
What is deleted automatically
| Data | Removed after |
|---|---|
| Sessions and daily summaries | 35 days |
| Notification records | 35 days |
| Nudge history | 14 days |
There is no account to delete
TimeNudge has no sign-in, no profile and no server. We hold no data about you, so there is no account-deletion request to make — uninstalling is the complete and final deletion.
